She holds double board certifications in anti-aging and functional medicine from prestigious institutions and is the founder of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine and DCCM™ Academy in Hampton, NH. Recognized as an International Key Opinion Leader for Candela Medical Corporation, Tara also serves as a National Trainer for Allergan Medical Institute. She started her business with a dream and a bottle of Botox over ten years ago and is a mother of three boys.
